At planning and manufacturing the tools, we comply with all necessary safety and quality standards. After manufacture each tool can also be tested. All the necessary documentation for the products is constantly being upgraded so that the customer can be worry-free. At payment we give a proper performance guarantee.

We design and construct tools (CAD) with the SolidWorks software package, which is used to create virtual product simulations. The machining simulation and the tool path itself (CAM) are programmed with MasterCAM.

After the construction is completed we buy the material from renowned suppliers by the proposal of the client or our proposal, and the tool goes into production. The tool is manufactured using milling, grinding, turning, wire erosion or submersible erosion technologies. Any subsequent changes or modifications of the tool can be later performed by technology of laser welding.

The tools made by us are tested on our own contemporary machine with all the necessary equipment, or at the client’s place. We can measure the pieces with our measuring machine.
